Binance has announced the delisting of 14 tokens from its trading platform, citing the results of its latest “Vote to Delist” initiative, which gave users the opportunity to weigh in on the future of select digital assets.

The tokens removed include BETA, FOR, HIGH, ID, MBL, PERL, PNT, QUICK, REN, SPELL, STMX, SANTOS, UFT, and XEM. According to Binance, these tokens will be delisted on April 3, with all related trading pairs halted and user balances settled thereafter.

The “Vote to Delist” program was introduced as part of Binance’s effort to involve its community in the platform’s token evaluation process. The initiative allows users to express concerns over low-liquidity or low-utility tokens, giving the exchange data to support its decision-making on asset listings.

Binance stated that the delisted tokens no longer met its listing criteria, which include factors like project development activity, trading volume, community engagement, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Users holding the affected tokens are urged to withdraw or convert them before the specified deadlines. Binance noted that the move is part of its commitment to maintaining a high-quality trading environment and protecting users from underperforming or stagnant assets.
