Bitcoin , Ethereum and 40 other digital currencies can be used to book rooms via the company’s hotels .
The Pavilions Hotels & Resorts will begin accepting crypto currency as alternate method to book rooms as per a statement released by the company.
In partnership with crypto payment services provider Coindirect it will allow customers to book rooms with bitcoin (BTC, -0.13%), ethereum (ETH, +2.88%) and 40 other digital currencies.
Giving customers flexibility in payments methods combined with security and peace of mind. The company’s founder and owner Gordon Oldman stated :
“This is the next step in personalized and bespoke services”
The Pavilions’ portfolio contains 14 properties in Europe and the Asia Pacific region which includes locations in Madrid, Rome, Lisbon, Bali, Thailand, Mongolia and the Himalayas.
